1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FounderTxt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FounderTxt is an AI-powered tweet generation tool designed for indie hackers and SaaS founders. The Service provides access to content templates and generates tweet drafts based on user-provided inputs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of unauthorized third parties.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers a Free tier (3 tweets per day, 4 content patterns) and a Pro tier ($5/month, unlimited tweets, all 14 patterns, history). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments for the Pro tier are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Waffo's payment terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Waffo billing dashboard.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates platform (X/Twitter) terms of service
• Generate spam, scams, or intentionally misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or resell the content patterns or AI prompts
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate tweet drafts. You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any generated content. FounderTxt makes no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated output.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderTxt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
